Feel free to come for a free trial class. Please wear loose comfortable clothing during the class such as sweat pants.

The following are necessary to enrol:
 two identity photos (1st time enrolement )
 a medical certificate certifying that you are physically fit to practice aikido (this is mandatory otherwise your license will not cover you if there are any problems)
 parental authorisation for children
 fees: the fees are outlined as follows. You are welcome to participate in as many classes as you like. We also accept payment over 2 or 3 cheques.

Necessary equipment for the practice of aikido:
 A keikogi ( like for judo ) and white belt
 Zoris ( thongs, sandals ) for the changing rooms to Dojo.
 And for the long run : a bokken ( wooden sword ), a jo (staff) and a Tanto (wooden knife). To start, the Paris Aikido Club has weapons that can be used during the classes.
